Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States when min order amount is satisfied.
U.S. Orders Update (Effective August 27, 2025):
Due to the suspension of the de minimis policy, all shipments to the United States are now subject to customs duties and import taxes before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to delivery. Separate invoice will be sent to the customer after placing an order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays, customs processing, or weather conditions. In some rural locations, delivery times may take longer.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@apricity-boutique.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Please retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection.
